APPLICATION OF ITERATION METHODS FOR INVERSE COORDINATE
TRANSFORMATION

Recently, coordinate transformation is an important task in geodata handling, especially in GIS and CAC systems. The paper proposes iteration methods to compute geographic coordinates from projection coordinates with simple algorithm that can be applied to any projection and easily coded in transformation modules.
